Meet Grace

Grace Deon has the experience and integrity to serve Bucks County.

Eastburn and Gray

Grace is the President and CEO of Eastburn and Gray. She has served in this capacity since January 2020. She has been a member of the firm’s Management Committee since 2012. Grace was elected Shareholder in 2001 and served as an Associate between 1992 and 2000, after having been a Summer Law Clerk in 1990 and 1991

Education and Professional Experience

Grace received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Philosophy from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and her Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she received recognition for Distinguished Class Performance in Trial Advocacy from the Honorable Michael Stiles, former Attorney General of the United States District Court for the Eastern District Pennsylvania.

Grace has more than 32 years of diversified litigation experience in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. That experience, provides the solid legal background she can rely upon as a judge. Although she currently specializes in Employment, Commercial and Special Education Litigation, during her legal career, she has handled cases involving family law, real estate, land use and zoning, landlord tenant disputes, personal injury, professional negligence, premises liability and trusts and estates. Appearing in a courtroom can be an intimidating experience. Grace will ensure that all who come before her are treated with civility and have a full and fair opportunity to be heard. Impartiality and integrity are the cornerstone of our judiciary, characteristics which Grace values highly and intends to uphold steadily.
